You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.

Copyrighted Materials for Limited Use

This Site contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, music, software tools, and other information (referred to herein as “Content”). This Site and all Content are the copyrighted property of PRINTMYPVC Document Solutions Inc. and/or its subsidiaries (referred to herein as “Printmypvc”) or the copyrighted property of parties from whom Printmypvc has licensed such property. All rights in this Site and its Content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms of Use. Printmypvc reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of Content at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to Content, whether by You or Printmypvc remain the property of Printmypvc and its licensors.

The logo design tools provided on this Site employ a limited number of elements, including icons, fonts, color schemes, and design effects. Printmypvc reserves the right to use all such elements and to make all such elements available for use by other parties in the future. You do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual logo design elements through your creation of a logo design and/or your incorporation of a logo design into one or more products. Other Printmypvc customers may use the design tools to create logos that have similar or identical combinations of these elements and Printmypvc does not guarantee that your logo will not have similarities to logos designed and used by other parties. Printmypvc provides no warranty of any kind that logo designs created using the design tools will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, the trademark or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether the logo design is legally available for your use and does not infringe the rights of another party.

Costs

In the majority of cases, the company provides free delivery but Printmypvc, in its sole discretion may charge a certain amount of delivery fee based on the volume of the order and delivery location.

Calculating Delivery Cost: Find your delivery fees simply by entering your delivery address in the Printmypvc website’s checkout page, and the Printmypvc site will calculate the delivery fees for you.

Our Liability

Printmypvc is not liable for any incorrect order or delivery where you make an error in the information that you provide to Printmypvc e.g. if you provide the incorrect delivery address or submit an incorrect order. If you do not provide a valid physical address for delivery, Printmypvc may cancel your order and refund the purchase price. It may also not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order, and will arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to a different delivery address.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your ordered products are delivered within 2-10 business days. While Printmypvc will try to ensure a smooth delivery process, in the event that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, you accept and agree that Printmypvc will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery of your order. You further acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond the control of Printmypvc such as adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or an inability to secure labor, power, internet services, network connectivity, materials or supplies.

Refund Policy

A refund will be made to the same issuing bank from where the order amount was deducted. If the payments are made through electronic means like credit card, debit card, wallet, or net banking, the refund will be made using the same payment gateway.

On customer’s request, Printmypvc is liable to provide Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or Unique Transaction Reference Number (UTR) to the purchaser for refunds made to the purchaser. Once your return product meets all our criteria, the refund will be processed from our end within 7 to 10 days.

Return Pickup

If you raise an issue about the delivered product to our customer support team, we ensure an easy, quick, and seamless refund process. You may be requested to return the product as a prerequisite for initiating the refund process. We will do a simple quality check of the delivered items once we take back the product from you before initiating the refund process.

Cancellation Policy

If you have already placed an order successfully on www.printmypvcprint.in and you want to cancel the order for any reason, kindly call us on our customer care number within 2 hours so that we can put a hold on it immediately and also drop us a mail on jansevakendra441@gmail.com. We can cancel your order till the time it has not moved into processing. After the cancellation of your order we can put the amount into your printmypvcprint.in account, you can use this money in future for placing orders with us. In case you want the amount to be refunded to your source account kindly share the same in your cancellation mail.

Transfer of Title

The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed Products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For any Product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we transmit the Product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available for downloading from the Site.

Indemnification

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Printmypvc and all parties from whom Printmypvc has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OPERATION OF THE SITE MAY NOT BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. REFERENCES AND LINKS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF INDEPENDENT COMPANIES MAY APPEAR ON THE SITE. THESE REFERENCES AND LINKS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PRINTMYPVC OR ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, OR VENDORS, THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT PRINTMYPVC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT YOU ORDER FROM PRINTMYPVC OR ITS AFFILIATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISTAKE, OMISSION, VIRUS, DELAY, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRINTMYPVC BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR INAPPROPRIATE OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

Printmypvc will not be liable in any way for loss, damage, costs or expenses (including loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any failure or delay in performing any obligation under this Contract by reason of any event outside of its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, any strikes, industrial action, failure of power supplies or equipment, government action or act of God. The liability of Printmypvc and its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents with respect to any and all claims arising out of the performance or non-performance of Printmypvc’s obligations under the Terms of Use, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the net purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping and processing) for such products or services. In no event shall the liability include damages for loss of profits or revenue; increased cost of purchasing or providing materials, supplies or services; cost of replacement capital; claims of purchaser’ s customers; inventory or use charges; or incidental or consequential damages of any nature.

Site Feedback

Any comments, suggestions, proposals or other feedback (collectively “Feedback Information”) provided to Printmypvc in connection with the operation or content of this Site shall be provided by the submitter and received by Printmypvc on a non-confidential basis. All such comments, suggestions, and other information shall become the exclusive property of Printmypvc. By submitting any such information to Printmypvc, you agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all of your right, title and interest in the information, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You agree that Printmypvc shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Governing Law and Severability

Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of the Site or order via any Offline Method shall be instituted in Kolkata,India. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts sitting in Kolkata,India and agree that the venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding. You agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to any sale under these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
