Printmypvc reserves the right to reject any order without the obligation to assign any reason for doing so. No order shall be deemed accepted by Printmypvc unless and until it is confirmed unconditionally.

You agree that all details provided to Printmypvc for the purpose of a purchase will be correct and that the chosen method of payment is your property and that sufficient funds or credit facilities are available to cover the full cost of the Products ordered. Printmypvc reserves the right to obtain validation of your payment details before accepting any order.

Printmypvc may combine orders into a single shipment or split an order into multiple shipments. Any dates quoted for delivery of Products are indicative only. Time for delivery will not be of the essence of the contract created by these Terms of Use and Printmypvc will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the Products whatsoever caused.

Once you place the order, we will start processing it within 3 to 4 working days. After that, the shipment of the order starts within 7 to 10 days based on the order volume and the delivery is attempted within 5 to 6 working days, depending on the location of the delivery. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. Courier Delivery

Deliveries will be performed by a professional courier company engaged by Printmypvc. The delivery service is available from 10 am until 8 pm during weekdays only, and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. We recommend that you use your office address as your physical delivery address if you are not at home during the week. You may be required to sign for delivery and provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered.

If you are not available to take delivery of your order, we will attempt either one or two more deliveries to the physical address that you provided during the online ordering process and, if still unsuccessful, the courier company, acting on Printmypvc behalf, will call you to arrange, in its sole and absolute discretion, for either a further delivery attempt to be made or for you to collect your order from the courier company.

In the event that Printmypvc and/or its duly appointed courier company is unable to contact you, despite all reasonable attempts to do so, using the contact details and/or physical delivery address that you provided during the ordering process, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund to you the money already paid to Printmypvc, less Printmypvc’s reasonable administration charges including the cost incurred by us for repeatedly attempting to deliver your order and for arranging for the return of your order.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times will vary between 7 to 15 working days depending on the location and serviceability. While Printmypvc is firmly committed to delivering your order within the estimated delivery times, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame due to unforeseen reasons.
